Return & Refund Policy

Applicable products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on eSuvidha4u.com.

All the Returns are processed free of Cost on eSuvidha4u.com.

Return will be processed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged by you or when it was in your possession.
You Got different product instead of what was listed on website or what you Order.

In all return Cases Only Damaged / Defective / Different goods will be returned or refund depending on availability of stock with seller. 

No Refund/Return will be process for the reason I do not like product, or I do not need it anymore.

If any of the Sellers/Manufactures brand label or warranty labels is tampered than no return will be processed.

All the products Should be returned in its original condition, with original accessories like chargers, headsets etc., brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. If things shipped with box are not present in it Return will be cancelled.

Damaged/Defective/ Different Goods Should be reported within 48 Hours after taking delivery or as mentioned in product description on the website, after that No complaints will be entertained strictly.

In case Your return request is approved for any reasons than product should be returned in original condition to seller with all labels, tags, Warranty card, if it is electronics no warranty label should be tempered to process return.
In case buyers do not like its color or product and want to change it than also return is not allowed, esuvidha4u recommends to watch product reviews on youtubes so you can take firm decisions.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same item is available in stock.
If the replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

In case you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product. eSuvidha4u Always recommends its Buyer to Unbox all the product while recording it is sufficient and best proof. If you are buying in Non Returnable category than it is recommended to do this. If you are genuine buyer than do not worry.
